User agreement

The terms of this agreement (the "User agreement") govern the relationship between you and Big Corgi Development OÜ. Reg. number: 16252850. Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Masina tn 22, 10113, Estonia, (hereinafter - "csland.gg/en" or "we" or "Service") regarding your use of the website csland.gg/en.

General terms

1. Prior to give the accessing or using the Service, including browsing any of the sites csland.gg/en in the "Internet" or doing a purchase, you must agree to this User agreement. By registering for an Account or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you are of full legal age and that you understand and agree to this User agreement. If you access the service through the Steam platform, you agree to abide by its terms and conditions or the User agreement, as well as this User agreement.

2. BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. THE USE OF THIS SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. License to use the Service.

1. License to use the service is provided as limited. Based on your consent and continued compliance with this User agreement and the relevant policies of csland.gg/en, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license subject to the limitations below to access and use the service for your personal non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.

All rights, title and interest to the service are owned by csland.gg/en. The trademarks used are owned by its respective owners.
User account
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN THE ACCOUNT, AND IN ADDITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF THE ACCOUNT AT THE MOMENT AND IN THE FUTURE (WITH NO TIME LIMIT) BELONG TO csland.gg/en
Virtual items
csland.gg/en has exclusive rights to all content used in the Service. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, you agree that you have no exclusive right or title to any content that is contained in the Service including the virtual items or virtual currency used in or resulting from the Service, regardless of whether it is earned from the sale of the item or purchased from csland.gg/en, as well as other objects associated with the Account or related to the Service.

3. Pay and refund policy

Purchases
1. As part of the Service, you may purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the digital objects:(a) "virtual currency", including but not limited to virtual money expressed as a balance on the site, which is intended for Use on the service.
2. All transferable licenses for the purchased virtual currency available extraterritorially (worldwide) for the entire period of use of exclusive rights in accordance with legislation of the applicable law, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the acquisition of such virtual currencies.
3. Except as expressly permitted by the Service, you may not sell, repay or otherwise dispose of the Virtual currency to any person or entity, including without limitation csland.gg/en other users and any third party.
4. Providing Virtual currency for using on csland.gg/en is a Service that begins immediately upon acceptance of your purchase on csland.gg/en. Services within the framework of this service are recognized as fully rendered from the moment of providing you with a Virtual currency.
Making payment
You agree to pay any and all fees and applicable taxes, Bank charges and other third party payment services, whether on your side or on the side of anyone who uses your registered account.
We do not issue a refund after the balance is spent. Only the balance that has never been used can be refunded. Refund may be done with deduction of payment systems commissions. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
The customer, within 24 hours after making an erroneous transaction can contact the CSLAND.gg`s customer support via [email protected] with a request for a refund, providing a detailed explanation and attaching, if available, all possible evidences. Dedicated CSLAND.gg team, within 3 working days, must consider an application for a refund and revert back to the customer with the result of consideration. The timing of the refund depends solely on the payment method initially used for payment and does not depend on CSLAND.gg.

4. Service Update

You understand that the Service is developing. csland.gg/en may require you to accept updates of the service. You acknowledge and agree that csland.gg/en can update the Service by notifying you or without making such notification.

5. Dispute resolution and applicable law

When it comes to dispute between you and csland.gg/en, we strongly recommend that you initially contact our support team.
Any dispute between you and csland.gg/en subject to regulation by the law of the Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

6. Separation of provisions

If any part of this User agreement is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, then only such part of this User agreement, recognized to be invalid or unenforceable, will be considered invalid in this jurisdiction, and only to the extent that it has been recognized as such, and it will not affect the validity or enforceability in any aspect and any jurisdiction other parts of this User agreement, which remain in full force and effect.

7. CREDITS AND SKINS

You understand and agree that any credits, Skins, and bonus points have no real world value and are not equivalent to money, even if such credits, Skins, or bonus points are labeled with the dollar sign. These values are presented for entertainment purposes only. Unused credits may be deleted from inactive accounts.

To purchase credits, you must provide a valid payment method. We may offer you the opportunity to purchase differing amounts of credits for differing prices. The price of credit will be prominently displayed on csland.gg, and you may only purchase credits for the currently displayed price. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for access to the csland.gg or any other feature or service of the Services, and to change our fee structure at our discretion. All previous offers or discounts are unavailable once removed from csland.gg.

You agree to pay any and all fees, charges, purchases, or upgrades associated with your Account, immediately when due in accordance with our stated billing policy, or that of our third-party billing agent. You acknowledge that the charge on your banking statement for our Services may display our company name, one of our brand names, or our third-party billing agent's name. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any and all fees or penalties that are associated with your Account. Your Account will be deemed past due if it is not paid in full by the payment due date. Your card issuer agreement may contain additional terms with respect to your rights and liabilities as a card holder. You agree to pay any and all amounts due immediately upon suspension or deactivation of your Account on csland.gg.

We utilize various third-party payment processors and gateways, and we reserve the right to contract with additional third-party payment processors and gateways in our sole discretion to process any and all payments associated with csland.gg. Such third parties may impose additional terms and conditions governing payment processing. You are responsible for abiding by such terms. We further disclaim any liability associated with your violation of such terms.

You must promptly inform our third-party billing agent of all changes, including changes in your address and changes in your credit card used in connection with billing or payment through csland.gg, if applicable. You are responsible for any credit card charge backs, dishonored checks, and any related fees that csland.gg incurs with respect to your Account, along with any additional fees or penalties imposed by our third-party billing agent.

8. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

If you used funds/part of funds from your Account all your payments are made through the payment service provider and there is no statutory right of revocation of the purchased goods and/or services or other facilities. Refund is possible in case when no goods/services were purchased and all deposited funds available on the Account. In other cases refund possibillity is at discretion of the Administration or payment systems/agents. In case of refund/Cancellation all coins available at the Account of the User will be adjusted.

You acknowledge and agree that Your User's Account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any banking or other system insurance. Additionally, any funds deposited in Your Account will not earn any interest and can be lost.
