FAQ

Sometimes payments can take up to 15 minutes to come through. If your balance hasn’t been credited after this time, contact Support with your payment receipt. We’ll look into it for you.

Trade offers are sent almost instantly. If you haven’t received an offer, the problem’s one of these things:

- You’ve been blocked from trading (you logged in on a new device, you recently changed your password/email address, you changed your Steam Guard security settings, you’ve been VAC banned, etc.). To avoid problems like this, we recommend you always check whether you’re able to receive trades. You can do this here: market.dota2.net

- You don’t have a mobile authenticator set up

- Your inventory is hidden in your Steam privacy settings

- Check your trade link in your profile and in your Steam settings. They should match

- The bot is having problems connecting to Steam. This happens quite often. The issue is on Steam’s side. Just try the trade again.

In all of these cases, you won’t be able to take your item, so we’ll say it again: do check you’re able to trade before you claim things. It’s also possible that the offer did actually reach you, but you took longer than 3 minutes to accept it, or canceled it, or made the bot a counteroffer. In this case, the item will be sold automatically, and its value will be credited to you in full.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! CSLAND.gg will only ever contact you via Support on our website or on our official social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). All other individuals claiming to be CSLAND.gg employees are scammers!

You have to add credit to your CSLAND.gg account separately. Click Add Credit. A window will open where you can choose your amount and a convenient payment method.

Items are automatically sold an hour after you win them if you haven’t tried to claim them. If you have tried to claim them, but an error occurred, the item won’t be sold automatically. Prices on our partners’ marketplaces change fast. We have to take this measure so users don’t try to claim items at prices that are no longer valid, and so fewer errors occur when you claim things.

If you claimed an item and it’s more than 20% cheaper on Steam than it was on our site, go ahead and write to Support using the widget on our site. We’ll credit the difference to your account. NB: we only refund you the difference if it’s more than $1.

This is most likely a visual bug. The problem’s generally either your antivirus software stopping you connecting to the site, or else browser extensions that are blocking ads and perhaps also stopping you connecting to the site. Try turning off your antivirus software and deleting any suspicious browser extensions. We recommend you use Google Chrome to view our site. If the problem happens often and the above methods don’t help, contact Support. We’ll try and get to the bottom of it. Don’t forget that you can also check a drop was fair on our Provably Fair page.

This error’s a precautionary measure for us. Assuming you’ve not done anything dangerous to the site, we’ll unblock you within a few hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Stay calm. We’ve temporarily disabled all claims on our site. It could be that we found a bug and are fixing it. Claims will be available again soon, and nothing will happen to your skins. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Contact Support (via the window at the bottom-right). We’ll answer it!
